This policy explains how Rebuildaroo (“we”, “us”, ABN 82 906 138 866) handles personal information collected through rebuildaroo.com.au and our outreach.

Information you give us — such as your name, business name, email address, website address and any message content you submit through our forms.
Publicly available business details — such as a business name, website and published contact details we use to prepare outreach.
Basic technical data — standard server and analytics information such as approximate location and pages viewed, where enabled.

How we use it

To prepare, send and discuss your free redesign preview.
To respond to your enquiries and provide our services if you proceed.
To manage opt-out and preview-removal requests.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except with service providers who help us operate (for example, email or hosting providers) under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

Direct marketing & opting out

If we contact you with an unsolicited preview, every message includes a clear way to opt out. One request opts you out permanently. You can also email support@rebuildaroo.com.au at any time.

Storage & security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Data may be stored using reputable cloud infrastructure, including AWS infrastructure in Australia and other regions as required by the services we use.

Accessing, correcting or deleting your data

You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We aim to action requests within 5 business days. To request removal of a preview, use our preview removal form.
